I agree to conform to the policies and procedures of the company and understand that the duration of employment with Portola Hotel & Spa at Monterey Bay is "at will," which means that either the employee or Portola Hotel & Spa at Monterey Bay may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or advance notice. I understand that employment at Portola Hotel & Spa and Monterey Bay does not imply, and there is no intent of establishing a contractual relationship between myself and the Portola Hotel & Spa and Monterey Bay. I further understand that no representative of the company, other than the General Manager or his/her designated representative, has any authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specified period of time. I understand that all new employees are subject to a 120-day new - hire introductory period, after which suitability for regular employment will be decided by the Company.
