Pre-Employment Drug Testing and Agreement

Portola Hotel & Spa is committed to providing a safe, efficient and productive workplace that is free of drugs and alcohol. To further support this commitment, Portola Hotel & Spa requires that any offer of employment be conditional based upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug test. Job applicants who have a confirmed positive drug test will not be hired and will be ineligible to reapply for employment for a period of one year. I understand that if I am selected as a final candidate for employment, I will be required to submit to and successfully pass a drug test as a condition of my employment.

I also understand that if offered employment, I understand that violating the Hotel's Drug-Free Workplace Policy may constitute grounds for dismissal from employment. I understand that any omission or falsification of this document and/or attached resume in any detail is grounds for disqualification from further consideration or for dismissal from employment in accordance with company policy.
